On Day 5 of my 44 day skincare challenge, I realized one important truth —
night time is when skin heals the most.

No matter how good your morning routine is, if you ignore your night skincare, your skin will not improve.

That’s when I decided to build a proper night skin healing routine.

My Day 5 Night Skincare Routine

This routine is simple but very effective for natural glow skin:

🌙 Night Routine

• Micellar water to remove dirt & makeup
• Gentle face wash
• Aloe vera gel or calming serum
• Light moisturizer

I avoid heavy products so my skin can breathe and heal naturally.
