It helps to:

My Day 8 Skin Detox Routine
🌿 Morning
• Lukewarm water splash
• Gentle cleanser
• Rose water toner
• Light moisturizer
🌙 Night
• Mild face wash
• Aloe vera gel
• No makeup
• Early sleep
I avoided heavy creams, scrubs, and makeup completely.
What I Ate on Detox Day
• Fresh fruits
• Green tea
• Plenty of water
• Light home-cooked food
This helped flush toxins and improved my natural glow skin from inside.
