Learn how drinking more water can transform your skin healing routine and give you naturally glowing skin during your 44-day skincare challenge.

I always believed that skincare products alone could fix my skin.
But on Day 3 of my 44 day skincare challenge, I realized something powerful —
hydration starts from inside.

Even though I was following a daily skincare blog routine, my skin still felt dry and dull. The real problem was that I was not drinking enough water.

How Lack of Water Was Affecting My Skin

When your body is dehydrated, your skin shows it first:

• Dry and flaky skin
• Fine lines look deeper
• Skin looks tired and dark
• Breakouts become more frequent

My beginner skincare routine could not work properly because my skin was thirsty.

My Day 3 Skin Healing Routine

To improve my skin healing routine, I made hydration my main focus today:

• 8–10 glasses of water
• 1 glass warm water in the morning
• Fresh fruit daily
• Reduced tea and coffee

I also continued my gentle beginner skincare routine to support natural glow skin.

I nourish my skin from the inside. My skin is becoming fresh, clear, and glowing.
